Reports
MyMove allows users to generate customized PDF reports containing sensor data, charts, images, and metadata. Reports can be created manually at any time or scheduled for automatic generation and email delivery.
Templates and Reports
Templates: Templates are predefined report models that users can create and personalize. These templates include charts, images, and text reflecting selected data for a monitoring project. Once created, a template can be saved for future use, enabling quick generation of new reports based on the same structure without the need to reconfigure everything each time.
Reports: Reports are generated from templates. Once a template is selected, users can create a report by specifying the desired time range, which updates the data for that specific period. The report can then be exported as a PDF.

Time Range Selection Calendar
The system allows users to select a global time range for the entire report, which applies to all charts and data. This ensures that the report is always up to date with sensor data from the selected period. However, users can also choose to lock the time range for individual charts, preventing them from updating with the global selection. Locking options include:
From date X to date X: Keeps a fixed time range.
From date X to "today": Includes data up to the current moment.
Last N days: Maintains a dynamic range based on the last N days from the report generation date.
Contents: Adding Content to Templates
Templates can be enriched with various types of content, giving users the freedom to customize the report according to their needs:
Image: Users can insert images to illustrate data or visualize specific infrastructure conditions.
Text: Add text to describe the data or provide additional explanations. Text sections can include titles, descriptions, and comments.
Chart: Custom charts that display data collected from various sensors (e.g., inclinometers, accelerometers). These charts can be created directly within the template and configured to show the desired monitoring parameters.

Report Cover Customization
Users can customize the report cover by including:
Title: The name of the report.
Monitoring Project Name: Information about the specific project.
Description: A description of the report’s content and purpose.
Image and Logo: Users can add a company logo or other relevant images.
Operator’s Name and Role: Details about the author or the person responsible for the report.
Export as PDF
MyMove allows users to tailor the report to their specific goals, highlighting the most relevant data for the project. Once completed, the report can be exported as a PDF, making it easy to share with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders.
Manual Report Generation
Users can create and export reports manually from the Reports section. Each report is based on a pre-configured template and can be customized before generation. The resulting PDF can be downloaded or sent via email to one or more recipients.
Automated Report Scheduling
Users can configure automatic report generation from existing templates. Each template supports up to 4 active scheduling rules, which define when and how reports are generated and delivered.
To configure a scheduled report, the following steps are required:
1. Scheduling Options
Users can choose among four scheduling types:
Daily: Reports are generated every K days (user-defined interval).
Weekly: Reports are generated on specific days of the week, every K weeks.
Monthly:
Option A: Generate on specific days of the month (up to 4).
Option B: Generate on a specific weekday (e.g., 2nd Tuesday of every 3rd month).
Custom Calendar Dates: Up to 12 exact dates can be selected manually.
For each scheduling rule, users can also:
Set the exact time of report generation (in project time zone).
Define an end date for the schedule (optional).
Pause/resume the schedule at any time.

2. Data Time Range
The data range defines which sensor data will be included in each generated report. Options vary depending on the chosen recurrence type. Examples:
Daily: Last 1–3 days, or current day
Weekly: Last 1–14 days, current week, last 7 days, etc.
Monthly: Last 1–60 days, current month, last 30 days, etc.
Custom: Ranges up to 365 days, current quarter/year, etc.
3. Email Notifications
Each scheduled report is automatically emailed to a list of recipients defined during configuration. Each rule can have its own set of email addresses.
At least one recipient is required for scheduled reports.
For manual reports, email sending is optional.
Download History
All generated reports are stored and accessible from the Download History tab. For each report, the following information is available:
Report template name
Generation date
Generation type (manual or automatic)
File size
Number of contents included
